| Anu Gupta is a new acquisition
of the West Coast, having spent most her life in the metropolis
of Washington D.C. She graduated from The George Washington
University in 1996 with a B.A. in English and a B.S. in Biology,
after which she went directly into the unrelated business of
graphic design.
After two successful
years with a small magazine she hit her artistic peak and
decided to return to her field of original interest - marine
ecology. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree
in the Marine Resources Management Program at Oregon State
University. There she is studying wetlands and watersheds,
and picking up some important GIS skills. Anu hopes to take
her newfound skills on the road after graduation, and hopefully
implement them in different places around the globe!
