SHADOWOOD HOME OWNER'S ASSOCIATION

Design Consultants, Inc. worked with the Shadowood Home Owner's Association
to to develop a science-based conservation plan for their property.
Shadowood is a planned development unit that has an 8 acre green way.
This green way is located along a creek within the watershed of the
Yamhill River, defined by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality
as a Priority 2 watershed.
Earth
Design Consultants, Inc. and the Conservation
Biology Institute are developing a strategy to obtain funds from
government and local stakeholders to develop a conservation plan that
balances the needs of the residents for safety and maintenance
with ecological needs. In addition to the conservation plan
for the property, a Homeowner's Guide and a Monitoring Program are expected
to be developed.
